Viscotaq® Wrap - Anti-corrosion coating (2”, 4”, 6”, 8” x 33’ rolls)

Viscotaq® Wrap is a non shielding coating in a wrap form that can be applied without primers, forming a homologue layer after application. It does not show sliding, dripping or thickness changes since it is a solid with a true melting point (around 150 C). Applications

Directions for Use
Surface must be clean, dry and free from dust/dirt and loose particles. Minimum sp 2 cleaning. Apply inner wrap with 10% overlap, min 0.5 inch by wrapping with some tension. Use a holiday detector (15 kV) to ensure the system is free from any voids. Apply outer wrap by wetting the product with/in water and apply with 50% overlap minimum. Apply high tension during wrapping. Product should be applied within 45 minutes after opening the pouch. Material is ready for backfill in 4 hours. Temperature range after application: -35 ºC to 135 ºC (-31 ºF to 275 ºF).
