Pipe Leak Control Kits C2 & C3
Designed to quickly respond to leaks in straight runs of piping. Simply snap the clamp around the pipe, drop bolt head through open-slotted lug, and tighten nuts. Versatile clamps respond to water, wastewater, fuel, chemical, air and gas leaks.
Repair clamps are made of corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, lugs are made of rugged-ductile iron and shop coated for added protection. Bolts are plated for longer life. A choice of gasket material offers superior resistance to oils, aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, condensates, gasoline and natural gas.
All External Pipe Leak Control Kits include extra-solid neoprene and closed-cell foam gasket material for odd-sized, out-of-round, and corroded pipe applications. Accompanying tools are available in standard or non-sparking versions. Kits are packaged in a heavy-duty carrying case.
Series “C-2” contains 10 assorted clamps for ½” through 4” diameter pipe, extra gasket material and installation tools. Clamp sizes are 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, 2”, 2 1/2”, 3”, 3 1/2”, 4”.
SERIES “C-3” contains three large clamps for 5”, 6” and 8” diameter pipe, extra gasket material and installation tools. Clamp sizes are 5”, 6” and 8”.

Stop It® Pipe Repair System Data Sheets
No visible changes in Stop It® after an immersion term of 35 days in the following chemicals:
Acetic Anhydride Ammonia
Ammonium Hydroxide (10%)
Decyl Ammonium Chloride
Hydrochloric Acid (10%)
Sodium Hydroxide (50%)
Sulfuric Acid (10%)
Sulfuric Acid (25%)
Xylenes, Mixed o-, m- and p
The Fix Stix™ Epoxy included with each kit is certified to NSF/ANSI 61 for Drinking Water.
Even under extreme pressures, the Stop It® Pipe Repair Tape will not shatter or crack. Stop It® releases pressures slowly.
When tested to the failing point in laboratory conditions, failure was indicated by a reduction in line pressure and seepage.
