STOP IT® CR-E  is a state-of-the-art epoxy-based composite repair system, so your maintenance team won’t have to take the time and resources to combine solutions into an ad hoc patch. After talking with your representatives to get the project requirements, InduMar designs an application that meets DOT-governed pipelines and your exact needs.

This engineered composite kit consists of a hybrid fabric that employs high-grade E-glass and Kevlar® yarns arranged in a multi-axis layout that maximizes the composite strength. Its exceptional toughness resists cracking and can handle temperatures up to 450°F.

  • The pre-treated fabric assures the micro-fibers are significantly stronger than an untreated lay-up.
  • The two-part epoxy resin grade is selected for your application type. Custom formulations give our product exceptional properties of flexibility, adhesion, toughness, chemical resistance, thermal resistance, vibration and more. Special grades are available to handle your special situations.
  • STOP IT® CR-E kits ship to the field with all components pre-measured and factory sealed. Everything is included: composite fabric, two-part epoxy resin, primer, stirring sticks and UV paint. The technician simply lays out a pre-measured reinforcement fiber section, mixes and applies the pre-measured epoxy resin components to the reinforcement. No measuring is required in the field and performance tolerances are tightened with controlled fabric/epoxy resin ratios.
