Ronald P Cuenod

Ronald P. Cuenod - Chairman

Since founding InduMar over 30 years ago, Ronald has been developing and marketing composite leak repair and corrosion control products and systems. Ronald’s expertise includes more than 60 years of experience in commercial marine chartering, offshore oil & gas construction and services, marketing of petroleum products and marine and mobilization management services of project cargoes on the Amazon River and other remote destinations.  He holds a BBA from the University of Houston with specialization in marine transportation.


Ronald Cuenod Jr

Ronald P. Cuenod, Jr. - President & CEO

Ronny was a co-founder of InduMar and has served on the board since inception in 1986. He has spent the last 10 years at InduMar as CFO and COO. In addition InduMar, his 35 year career includes, as an owner, operator and manager, rail tank car, CNG (compressed natural gas) fueling stations for medium & heavy duty trucks, offshore construction and salvage, oil & gas exploration, real estate development management consulting with Ernst & Young. Ronny earned his BBA from the University of Texas, an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA) certificate.   
Gary Lacy

Gary Lacy - General Manager & IT Manager

Gary has over 35 years of experience in international sales, distribution logistics, commercial marine, information technology, and purchasing, as well as experience as an owner in oil & gas exploration projects. He holds a BBA in marketing.

Clint Sample - Sales Manager

Clint has 20 years of sales and management experience including 15 years in the industrial market. He is well versed in offering solution-based products to customers throughout many different industries which include oil & gas, chemical processing, manufacturing, mining, pulp & paper, construction, transportation and food processing. Clint has extensive experience promoting technical products directly to end-user customers as well as offering products through distribution. His understanding of the demanding environment that industrial customers operate in enables him to help provide the right solutions and the required service levels that our customers demand..

Bill Nobles

William E. Nobles - Sales Representative

Bill has over 17 years experience in outside sales and manages a large number of industrial distribution accounts in the United States and Canada. He specializes in distribution development and support and territory expansion Bill provides technical assistance, product training, and analysis for field applications and coordinates our domestic and international tradeshows.

Joshua Ramazzini

Joshua L. Ramazzini - Latin America & Caribbean Sales

Joshua has 18 years experience in international sales specialized in Latin America. His expertise is in business development, account management, business relationships and international agreements focuses in the oil  & gas, power, mining, and municipal water industries. He provides technical support, commercial strategies and customized solutions to our Spanish-speaking customers.

Randall Franklin

Randall Franklin - Sales Representative

Randall is a seasoned professional with 35 years experience in industrial sales, marketing, and business development that includes 14 years specializing in field-applied composites and on-line leak repair. He is a member of the Composite Repair Users Group, NACE International, and the Association for Iron & Steel Technology. Randall has been trained on six composite systems and is our resident certified trainer for international projects. As a Sales Representative for InduMar, Randall provides technical assistance, product training, and field support for service and end-user accounts.

Nate Schmitt

Nathaniel "Nate" Schmitt - Sales Representative

Nate has over ten years of outside sales experience, with four years focused on solution selling in the petrochemical market. He has extensive knowledge of corrosion resistant products; having provided solutions for corrosion issues on piping systems, valves, tanks, and instrumentation both internal and external. Nate is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, where he majored in both Business Administration and Management.
